I have been able to determine that the Mayor and City Manager told a developer that if he/she would hold off their re-zoning request until after the election that they (Mayor and City Manager) would guarantee a positive outcome. And you weak ass citizens keep putting these pieces of trash on City Council. Newton is a big, fat corrupt joke.
